So cliche, but breakfast really is an important part of the day. It is for me, but there are some mornings when I'm not as hungry but I know I need to provide my body with the fuel it needs to get through the first part of my day.
A poached egg on toast is delicious and filling.
What you'll need:
1 large egg
1 tsp of vinegar
water
small bowl
Directions:
Place about two inches of water in a skillet and bring it to a boil. Turn the fire down to allow it to simmer and add vinegar.

Carefully crack egg into a small bowl, then place the edge of the bowl in the water and pour the egg in. Don't plop the egg into the water.

Let simmer for 3-4 minutes. I don't like my yolk too runny like most people, so I let mine simmer a little longer. Use a paper towel to get rid of the excess water.

Make your toast, season to your liking and enjoy.
