When I first decided to start documenting my garden on YouTube, I wondered if there were any other black gardeners who were doing the same. At first, I didn't have much luck searching for black gardeners, and was quite disappointed.

Then one day I said to myself "look harder, this can't be all there is", and soon I hit the jackpot. At least that's what it felt like to me. This was and is important for people who look like me to see us doing what we love...gardening, farming and enjoying the earth. Excellent list! Bain Home Gardens is a fairly new channel but is a black family that runs an small organic farm.
